The movement tool root following the stunning electoral victory of former President Rodrigo Roa Duterte, and was officially launched in mid October 2021, born out of a desire to reform police culture and serve the nation with integrity.

Moral & spiritual enrichment through the making of a champion program
Recruit civilian partners, professionals, officials, and leaders

Complete 12 sessions of MAKING OF A CHAMPION

Flagship program deployed across multiple PNP units & up to 5 batches in Davao.
